Best Time to Buy New GPU

I really need a graphics card and with the market being crazy for parts rn I was wonderingwhen would it bethe best time to buy a new gpu?

i am not sure when to buy a GPU but i am pretty sure it is better to get a new pc and it will a lot cheaper

The best time already was, now I would wait because of those problems in china

i still waited more than a year to upgrade...

in the end - i bought a pre-built pc with an 3070 (i think in summer this year; for 1800)
normally i would never buy pre-built. Iusually build it on my own...

but it was an okayish Deal, and mostly the only opportunity to get an 3070 at this time... (prices were ~1000 for an msi 3070)
