I'm using offensiveservers, it's pretty good and cheat! but it's in dutch.

at TheBeastHosting you can find good and cheaps vps servers, like 4 GB for 6 dollars per month, i think that with 4GB you have enough to hold up between 15-30 depending on mods/plugins.

ovh or so you start are good options to get started
