Depends on what you mean by that, i'm just going to assume you mean text editors.
I'd say sublime & atom are the best to use as they're both highly extendable and easy to use.

+ the UI is goregous.

Well, I use Brackets because of the plugin support. Never used anything else though.

Well if you mean text editor I usually use Visual Studie Code because it's simple and easy to use. It supports nice amount of plugins as well.

I can also recommend sublime, its easy to configure and has also lots of customization options. Also a Free Version like WinRar ^^

Well i use sublime atm but i'm thinking i should use a different one. Maybe one a live editor in it?(so i can see as i type)

Web dev software you can use magix web bulder at bestbuy for arround 60$

Tryed a few Web dev software but till now notepad++ still is better then all the others basic but thats all you need and its free

Web development is probably much more than programming. For me it means having plenty of hosting space with tools to create Websites with. I am posting to a few forums where I can get hosting accounts for free. With my shared hosting accounts I usually get cPanel with all of the Web tools to create Websites with. I mostly use WordPress script for static Websites and blogs. Lately I've become a VPS enthusiast and use VestaCP free control panel and WordPress to create Websites.

I use brackes, I really like its live preview and it supports a lot of addons too.
