I think it's the Zombie Laboratory 420. Really unique map, zombies spawn with time, so no rounds, easter eggs, buyable ending (hard), zombies with powers, etc. Don't miss it!

I like and love CoD Bo2 Zombies. the graphics may be not detailed like in new editions but i think the story is the best.

Nuketown Zombies from Black Ops 2 was my favorite.

Honestly, think that Black ops 3 would be my favorite, the movement and the smoothness of the game really was an improvement. Hated the black hole nipples in WAW and Black ops 1.
