Nautilus is really strong and easy to hunderstand, i recommand started with a tank it's more easy

DPS and easy? As long as your positional sense is good, ashe would be a good marksman to start out with, she is also free, so you don't have to buy her. IF you want a caster, then play Syndra/Annie.
