I personally was able to turn my cross-hair into sort of a red dot and I love it.

Idk i grew used to the default crosshair and i got good with it so i use that

There is a map where you can make your own crosshair or customize

big and green is good ......................................................................

I used to use the one shroud is using. It's pretty good and visible, helped me out a lot when I practiced my crosshair placement.

Now im just using a basic green thickness 1 crosshair for better aim.
