Go to worhshop and type Crosshair. You will find map with crosshairs and find the best for you.

whatever you feel comfortable with.. thats the best. dont let anyone tell you whats the best bro.. just go play
dl that crosshair map that lets you choose everything and tweak it in real time.. then save it all. ezpz-lemonsqueezy

I like TAZ crosshair, but i change color to red and slightly reduced it
