Best females in anime in general?

Some animes have great female charachter writing
and some dont.
Because most of the times its focused on the men
and not the females like naruto

Chika from Kaguya-sama , she's one of the most adorable and trustworthy female character that comes to my mind right now :D

Tsunade is already everyone's idol, if you watch maken-ki the school nurse Aki Nijou

Thinking about it I think Tachikawa Mimi from Digimon, she was very egoist & childish during the first season but in the 2nd serie she was so kind.. She's one of my favorites.
