Best mods for Fallout 4?

I found amazing custom weapon mods, as well as full DLC sized mods such as Xanders Aid or America Rising. Playing through those quests is fun and intriguing. It's amazing to see what modders can do, so I'm asking y'all what are your favorite mods? I'm mainly looking for weapon and DLC Sized mods that add new locations, weapons, and quests such as Xanders Aid and America Rising! :D
