Best place to find teammates

Hello, guys, I have been playing csgo for a long time now and I am a still low rank (about Gold nova 2-3) and I was always first but loose due to my bad teammates, and I can't blame always them there are days that I end up last with nearly 2 kills

I want to find a website, discord server or any other way to find good teammates (and by that, I don't mean great players smurfers, etc,) I need at least someone who tries to play and has a mic give info, etc.

Any ideas?

i use all time find players section in the game idk any discord (only one but its in french)

Well definitely dont look on nulled for some teammates lmao

Discord Servers for CS:GO, or any types of forums or so, steam groups, or so, should be a good place

You can always add good teammates you play with after the game, I have a bunch of people to play with that I met in-game.

I dont know in other countrys but in brazil gc is the best

i think theres a website were you can find online players and make a team in your rank but don't remember clearly

I know a while ago there was a website where people could sign-up as captains or as players and they would be assigned or drafted to teams. I'll edit this when I remember the name!

I always found in the search for the game I like to play there
