"World Edit" allows you to use a nice wand item to edit a ton of land with one cmd - So helpful! "Essentials" adds a bunch of cmds for players and admins like pm's, fly, and invisible cmds "Set Homes" allows you to set home TPs with cmds. "Dynmap" allows your user to look at a web based map you generated.
I typically use bukkit.org to get my plugins and find new ones.

Vault - Money Worldedit - you can copy paste , set block , air , etc Worldguard - to create a region so mob won't spawn , disable pvp, deny break block and place Essentials (can't live without it) - you know what i mean Citizen- NPC Skript HolographicDisplays - to display hologram text Crazycrate - for making crate
I'm not sure what your use case of your Minecraft server is, but if it's for building with friends I'd personally use WorldEdit, if you want to link up your discord server with your MC server, you can use DiscordSRV.
