Best qualities a video editor have?

Probably the S_shakes or the flickers are the best qualities and the creativity!

i have nothing because i don't edit video

I'd say flow and basics, no matter what sort of fancy technique or effect you use, you still have to master the basics otherwise it will ruin the whole edit

aswell as shakes and scales/pancrop since these are the fundamentals of editing
