Hello!

I really want to start learning a few coding languages, especially Python and C++ but I don't know where to start. I'm a complete beginner and I'm wondering what are the best resources for learning these coding languages?

why do you want to learn both of it? Python and C++ is really different. One is scripting language while the other is not.
My recommendation is to start with python first and then move to another language after that. It's easier to learn another language after we have proficient in one language. So after you learn Python, you can go to C++.

I don't think c++ will help you in any way in your carrer forward.
Trust me i am a b.tech from computer science from iit kharagpur from india which is one of the good colleges.
Plus after studying c and c++ you will not gain anything either knowledgewise or careerwise.
Stick to something which will help you in your furture career that is java+ python or html.
Good luck
