Best sci-fi movie

I've been wondering what's peoples favorite scifi movies. Most of you are going to say Star Wars or Star Trek i know it, i just know it

If we're talking series, it's gotta be Stargate for me. Hands down.

But about movies, there's so many to pick from...

Blade Runner.
Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2.
Ghost in the Shell, was okay.
Black Out, is like a classical action movie. But in space.
All the new Star Trek movies.

Planet of the Apes Survival a really good movie came first in cinemas

it is hard to give just one with so many good ones over time could even break it down into eras as so much has evolved.

For me i will just say the whole genre

I think that Marvel makes so much good sci fi movies, so currently Doctor Strange

back to the future is my all-time favorite, time travel films in general too if done well

I want to add some love to 2001: A Space Odyssey, while being a Kubrick fan, it is one of the best made Sci-Fi movies of all times.

Life by far, really good movie with an amazing twist at the end, I'd highly recommend it.
