1-2 hours before you want to sleep turn your lights low if you cant turn them low then replace them with 15 volt light bulbs. Use a white noise machine. I suggest using a leg pillow. Don't use any tech 1-2 hours before bed read a book. Don't drink any caffeine after 2 pm. Increase your light exposure. Buy some Melatonin Supplements.

Masturbation is agreat remedy against insomnia or sleeping trouble. Secretes endorphines and there you go
