I like playing Neeko mid and I tend to bring her support sometimes. Although my other support picks would be Leona and Pyke.

Lulu is up there. Any team she is in, she is a hidden threat. Her ulti and debuffs alone make her good enough for any role in the team, except jungle.

Depends on your adc fe. janna with zeri is very good or nami with lucian, there is no "best" support there are only good combos

That's kind of tricky, you usually aim to have synergy with your adc in turn and either you go healing, harass or tank according to what's more useful to the adc and the team!
