Best top lane?

Garen, Jarvan and teemo are my favorite ones to play top.

Yasuo or Darius I think, since you can stomp your lane even when their jgler is coming..

Tryndamere is always a safe pick. You just have to learn to ignore your team and never group. Splitpush as far as you can and you'll eventually gain elo.

Nasus, every time also when Im going really bad in score, if nasus can farm his q will be really helpful in lategame

Garen and Vladimir are good. It also depends on the meta and stuff.

Garen is nice indeed, but I would say the best toplaner in the current meta is Swain

Play big tank like malphite, rammus, even if you feed you ll help your team mate

irelia, she's totaly in the meta, she has mobility, stun, defense, good scale and a nice push/farming power

garen,cho-gath,singed is the best toplane my oppinion

Id say the best top lane is irelia, her burst damage is insane with the constant mobility
