Make many friend and try to be sneaky so no one notices you

Best way is friends, or people who play on your server regularly regardless of the amount of people online.

I think that the forums just don't need to search! On the server you can put trusted friends that you help with the server!

it's all up to fate and your skills really :D no ones gonna help u that's for sure. cuz no one helped me. people are selfish

I would honestly say, the way to get mature and safe staff, is to open your server up to the public and ask for staff, but relay to them the harsh rules of the server and see what takes you, let them know of the consequences that will come if seeing abusement and obstruction of the rules for the server as of the staff guidelines.

Well I mean to start a server like anything you need friends. Its all about fun for gmod. Just join another server and meet some people. Figure out a new way to make friends with people.

If you mean to recruit staff make friends tell em about your server then give them an application
