Best way to get money is obviously what society is offering to everyone - work. Just have to find the right person, or have the right qualities - either will get you that ticket. Lot of jobs also offer mentorship so you don't have to worry about not being qualified, though expect minimum salary!

and a follow up to that is you need to make your own art, it can be simple shit, you dont need to upload intricate artwork, you can just like cutout a dog in photoshop and then add a border and people eat it up

If your too young to get a job, not skilled enough to do some work online or lazy. Just ask your parents for some or tell them you'll do something helpful for the money. Maybe even someone in a good mood will donate some money to you.
