Best way to improve in LOL?

None can carry this days Silver elo. But some stealth jungle champion can do the work in this elos.

I'd say couple of things. Start of by browsing/picking optimal build from op gg or lolpros, then, make sure you have few champions you can play, avoid maining just one character, as it will be difficult to play in higher divisions.

Best tip I can give you is watch a streamer that is playing you preferable role.
Watch his every move , and try to learn the tricks that they are using and try to copy it.
Every time you watch someone that is experienced will help you find new things.

What is the quickest most effective way to improve my lol play?

2. try not to master one or two champs but master the laning and one step a head enemy's intention
