Best ways to make your server popular?

I am soon to be opening a darkrp and I would like to know some ways to make it grow.

good content nice server name use tags like NEW and CUSTOM and keep a playerbase always on e.g. stay logged on your server and invite friends also dont go on other servers and advertise unless you base with otehr rp players and tell them of your server

Get more custom plugins, or make it need. Fix errors and listen to your community
