Better Framework

I want to create a website that users can send videos, something like youtube. What is the best framework for this?

It all depends on which languages are you familiar with and which features are you offering. You will need a backend (server) and frontend (client) strategy. I would go for lightweight options:

First option: You do all the programming
Backend: Node.js (if you prefer javascript) or a light PHP framework
Frontend: Pure.io or Skeleton, you can always go for bootstrap/foundation.

Second option: You install a premade script. if you know python, there's mediadrop but you cand find more googleing

you can even have this in wordpress with a simple theme...
