Big servers, not so big on performance?

Ive joined many large server which are just well, shite. Staff are hardley on, and even if they are, they dont help with some, but other minor issues instead. I'm not saying staff should be avaiable 247, but large servers are just well imo, meh.

I understand 100%, BUT one thing you have to understand is no one is perfect and someone will have something better, always lol.,

I understand, staff wants to have rp, it is their decision if they want to help or not.It mainly depends on staff's mood.
