Bioshock

Which Bioshock do you prefer & what console are you playing it on?

It would have to be Bioshock 1, the rest of them kind of felt like chasing the dragon's tail when it came to that steampunk and cerebral strangeness. I won't spoil anything but if they upgraded the graphics I probably would buy it again. Number two was just kind of meh and they kind of just gave up on them for three and held your hand personally I think the franchise is dead at this point. or they have to reinvent the whole structure of the mechanics a lot of games copied them but they didn't seem to be able to transcend the original mechanics of #1.

I prefer bioshock 1 and I playit on my pc sometimes

Bioshock 1 definitely and on PC

Can only agree that this is the best Bioshock. part 2 is also nice but it won't get as close as the first of the franchise.

For me I'd have to give it to Bioshock 2. Unpopular Opinion I'm sure!

So I think a lot of peoples problem with the game is that they played Bioshock 1 first. And it mostly just felt like a reskinned version of the first game with a different character. But to me, it felt like a more refined version of the game. All the bioshocks have a theme around saving your daughter to some degree and I think Bioshock 2 was the most direct about it and it was just a solid, overall start to finish you kinda knew how it would end game.

You start as a deadman walking and finish it and your choice does matter at the end of it. Of course you can do that with either of the other two but to me, it was just the most direct in it's statement.

Also, just saying, drill dashing someone is fun as hell.

Either Bioshock 1 or Bioshock 2. Each one has its upsides and downsides, both of them are masterpieces.

Thoroughly enjoyed BIOSHOCK 1 which I had on the Xbox 360.

I was a little younger, so I think it scared me from buying the second one when that came out.

I want to revisit them as I believe they have a triology available.

An unpopular opinion and a divergence for the series in part, but I really enjoyed Bioshock Infinite. Kind of crazy that it basically sunk the studio despite rave reviews.
