Yeah I would mine other alt coins. Bitcoin isn't as profitable.

No more for BTC mining .. cause of price will going down. it will not cover captical as your investment.

A good GPU, or two.
Don't even bother with your CPU for mining.
Don't start using ASICs and investing in those if you have no idea what they do.
Pick a currency that's suited to your current GPU, or the ones you want to get and base decisions around that.
If you're not going to turn a profit after electricity, then it's probably not worth it unless you're set on upgrading.

i would say the same, bitcoin mining will only make u cry cause u didnt go profit.

I do not think bitcoin will rise again, though the idea of not having the goverment hose ur money is good.

Mining should be done with a computing computer which enables you to compute coins

Mining altcoins will help you earn some bank.
If you're going to start, look for smaller, promising currencies and mine those. If you're not big into trading then you can mine something like Monero or Vevo, or something of that kind.
