Blackout over Fornite?

If COD 4 wasn't $60 USD, would you consider it a better battle royale over Fortnite?

well it depends if you don't like the building but more the realism then blackout by far and blackout feels also more engaging more tense because of it i feel in fortninte its who can build the highest has a higher chance of winning the fight so i would say blackout feels more fair and more engaging because of realism

Imo the building mechanic in fortnite is really not needed, the first person view wins over third person for me, and the gunplay in cod is so much more satisfactory

to me, yes. fortnite is too cartoonish for me and the building ruins it for me.

Fortnite is way more accessible (free, mobile versions) but blackout is better IMO. I prefer the blackout mechanics and graphics over Fortnite's
