I will examine the code later tonight for any possible vulnerabilities. Right now my server firewall prevents Tor connections and many VPN connections. I'd just advise a firewall rather than a plugin but nonetheless if this code is working and safe it's quite simple.

I think this was a prototype that i was going to release as a plugin but never did. I do have the working code somewhere, I will upload it once I find it

Why not just use a single global_start hook?

And this would slow down your site if you are on a slow-server (shared hosting).

I think akay wrote this one for me, or someone who works with him. (I have permission to release this).
But there is a lot better code that I have, just can;t find it rn

oh ok .post modified or your code please. And cache $torExitNodes so that you aren't make a new call to the 3rd party site on every page load, and update the file occasionally . thanks sozin <3
