Box method is when a company requires you too ship back the product you are trying to SE! The problem with this situation is you don't actually have this broken down product and so the box method portrays your (non existing) item to be somehow stolen.

thanks bro i was gonna waste 8 credits even tho its only 8 but bad times when u need to save up haha

Is there anything that we should watch out for? or avoid?

So for the box method, how exactly should you respond to the company? For example, does logitech ask what happened? or do they just ship a refund instantly?

ive tried box method with bose and it works amazing
