Go to ebay.com and look for Xeon E3 or E5 V4. You can get a 12-16 core CPU for like $300. Its far more better than i7 etc.

In my opinion you should try and get a i5 6600k or i5 6700k

Get a HDD with more space. At least 1 TB

+1 And think how many slots your motherboard supports, to pick 1 module of8GB or 2 (4GB). (If you are planning to upgrade it on the future)

Good luck, but make sure you buy a good, new motherboard, otherwise you would have difficulties if you ever want to upgrade it.
