" Bypass unlock requirements " for VIP

According to the perks for VIP, it says you can "Bypass Unlock Requirements" - but upon purchasing, I'm unable to post in marketplace. Saying I need 100 post. Why is this?

The requirements to unlock hidden content is lifted. The marketplace limit however is still the same for all usergroups.
