C1 Hu Tao or Staff of Homa?

Pretty much what the title says. I'm stuck choosing if I should summon for C1 Hu Tao or for the Staff of Homa

I'd take staff of Homa if I have a guarantee pull. I saw a guy saying that you might need 200 pulls to get one if unlucky, while a C1 Hu Tao will cost you around 160 Pulls. If you're a F2P I'd suggest Hu Tao.

staff of homa gives a much higher dmg pot

man i always fuck this shit but go hu tao

c1 < staff of homa will better cause setting + dealing problems
