COVID-19 Discussion Thread

I think scaring everyone is not the right move whatsoever. We need to actually use those totally not embezzled federal dollars to begin funding advertisements on how to sustain health and a proper immune system and teach it in schools, etc. This would help not only with the Corona but in the future we will have a proper understanding on how to stay healthy in these situations. The only reason its hitting us hard is because of the USA's fucked health. Notice countries that actually care about their populations health are doing just fine.

Pretty hard keeping your sanity on whith all those things around. Eventually everything will be fine soon.

It's funny how my gov is dealing with corona. When there were elections our prime minister said corona is over and everything is ok, no worry. Now we have record in infections and our gov wants lockdown again...

Honestly, with me being german, i slowly am starting to believe germany needs more deaths to realize that removing the restrictions is dumb.

We're pretty lucky in our state, in that things are getting back to normal.
We are closed to ask the other states though.
I sometimes worry that everyone around me has forgotten how to social distance, and that all it would take is over unknown case for a second wave to start
