Chest Barbell Bench Press 4 sets of 8 reps
Back Lat-pulldowns 4 sets of 10 reps
Shoulders Seated Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 10 reps
Legs Leg Extensions 4 sets of 10 reps
Biceps Barbell Bicep Curls 3 sets of 10 reps
Triceps Triceps Rope Pushdowns 3 sets of 15 reps

reading these old messages about covid really shows how bad covid is now and how quickly it has spread and gotten worse over time.
It's unfortunate that the virus had to impact so many people's lives in such a negative way. Even though that might be the case, I feel that sometimes it affected SOME people positively yknow? It's still really bad though.

lets face it, corona will end soon

Well, it might not be over as soon as you think. It might take a few years for it to subside and become just an ol regular disease yknow? That's how it worked in the past with various new outbreaks yeah. Except for the black death of course...

Yup, have to feel for India at the moment but nearly everywhere has problems with covid, the vaccines cant roll out fast enough so we can all get back to normal ... but dont forget about the microchips and tracking with that vaccine 0_0

Whats the outlook on vaccines lasting longer than 6months. Anyone seeing anything new on that?

Sad how many people feel stupid things like this are reasons not to get a vaccine. Wrote:
