Any tips for ways to deal with the symptoms? I just got it the other day and I am feeling like death Reincarnated and then killed again. Any helpful tips on ways to not feel quite as drained and weak would especially be fantastic

People dont really know how to react to the whole covid thingy.
Im not saying i would react better, but i do think that what they are doing, that thats pretty not gucci.
