CS:GO Advice on how to get Skilled

Coming back to CS:GO after years of absence I realized how rusty I was. Can anyone suggest some good guides that will just jump to the point and maybe have the most recommended training maps.

Way too many youtube videos on the subject so I wanted to get some advice. Lol and no I don't want to hack.
