How do I prevent myself from flipping tables and throwing things when playing?

only way to break supreme is practise. If you struggle at supreme then you will get rekt at global because you will face LEGIT global and good players, since the vac waves all of the ranks went up alot, people on DMG level went to supreme / global, people at global rank stayed at global rank, a legit global will literally destroy you.

go get a few friends, practise strats and play over and over again

W/e you feel like flipping a table remember that this is just a game, you will only get better no matter how much you lose and also learn from your mistakes.
But Ares, my team is retarded they play like silver!
Yes this is due to the ban waves that someone explained above, you will just have to live with it or you can play on servers like FACEIT etc.

Once you get to a certain standard of play you will realise that a rank and score doesnt tell a whole story... You can be the best player in the world and have a bad game, IE everything goes wrong, you get pop flashed, rushed, stop from behind, etc. I would say dont look at your score as it really affects gameplay of alot of people.. they see a bad score they play worse, they see a high score they turn into a dick and relax their gameplay.

rank is a reflection of score and so the same as above applies to this. I would play faceit as MM is literally dog shit. youll go back to MM, get global easily then realise the fuss of being global is nothing.... not anymore anyway.

It's not that it's hard when playing, it just takes forever. Plus I find the competitive side of CSGO boring now. :(
