CS:GO Tips For Beginners?

New CS Player here, what would be your best tips to give starting players? Any secret console commands that can help with overall gameplay?

I think one of the most important thing u should do is always have crosshair at height of enemy head

Improve your aim before you question your decisions. Often a good decision can be failed if you whiff your aim. You wont be a good judge of your own play if you can perform the fundamentals
