The reason for the spike is it went free to play and also the battle royale mode.

CSGO is far from daying. BR royal games are bad and just a trend that won't last long.

The people that say it has been dying and they have cheaters/smurfs every single mm game, it's because of their trust factor, in high trust games it's pretty enjoyable nowadays

it was never a dead game .. CS is been there for decades now... not just global offensive but the CS it self.

Its definitely coming back as Battle Royales aren't as good anymore. I believe in CSGO's come back
