Well, both have a principal utilities. M4A4 is in my way a good weapon for "spray-control", while the -S is more for two-tap-headshot kill.

M4A1 is really good for spraying because it has such a small spread/recoil and is therefor easy to control imo

M4A1-S because it's easier to control - easier to tap with, in my opinion.
