i think you can use webpack and its support many css tools like minify and scss also less support. Its will speed up you

Use gulp and css-nano. or as mentioned above webpack

Do you have CSS compression programs? MyBB always has spaces in CSS files.

I don't think that I need to combine html and css just in one page. xD. You should use external css

Yeah, I mean you know there's just a copy/paste tool(s) for this? Most IDEs also have this built in.
