Can I run Modern Warfare on GeForce GTX 1070?

This game was fucked up when updated.I won't got those fpsstabilize when i was 16gb ram.
I upgraded my ram to 32gb,now my fps is 70-110 when i play warzone.It's better when i play mp.

1070 will run it yes but depends on not just your GPU also depends on CPU ram etc but to your question a 1070 will run COD yes

Hey. What CPU you got? I have a 1070ti (will be upgrading soon) and a Ryzen 7 3700x and the game runs at High with a res of 2560x1080 and I get a low of around 60-70 up to 120 depending on the map. You could run it @ 720p and get a decent FPS

1070 is more than enough. Looking at some footage on youtube, it runs at around 70FPS on large maps.

yes you can, i have the 1050 and i run it great, it also depends on your cpu
