I have a 970 and get like 60fps you should be good

You can buy it, and if it doesn't run as well as you'd expected, get a refund.

Yes, I have that graphics card and mine runs fine, could be better though.

lowering your settings should keep the framerate at above the 60+ fps mark just fine.

I'm running a GTX 1070 currently and it runs the game just fine, depends on if you want higher frames or better graphics though. I can run the game at 60fps on normal settings with minimal frame drops, any higher than that and it can get a bit choppy.

a GTX 1070 runs BO3 on the ultra without difficulties, do not worry, you can install it smoothly!
