Best shop you're gonna get is purchasing one - I also wouldn't recommend PHP, very insecure. I'd say learn NodeJS.

If you want cool shop with modern design with minimal coding skills just use Wordpress with WooCommerce plugin - this is a good cms. Do not install a lot of stupid and not secure plugins and your site will works stable. For beautiful templates use themeforest.net Just pay 50$ with no headache. As pros u can always find wordpress developer for supporting your site.

Just set up a Wordpress website. It handles all code and MYSQL by itself.

Simply learn php coding and sql lol. Sorry but it is funny to ask,

setup a mysql database first then setup your connection to it through php and start inserting tables and updating them

Id just use wordpress and not worry about the whole setting up stuff wordpress has tones of plugins a themes
