Can i get banned from Garry's Mod somehow, if i use leaks?

Garry's Mod hasn't had any game ban records as far as I've known, and there's almost no way to actually get banned from the game iirc.

If you purchase these scripts yourself and leak them, You're account could get terminated but otherwise you're in the complete clear.

Watch and Inspect anything you download for backdoors, however. Their usually kept in the lua/autorun section.

If your community see that you have leaks, you'll get insulted. And the first thing you gotta worry about is backdoors, etc..

nope you cant get banned only if you download something with backdoor but still if you will be careful then you will be ok

Don't use leaks, or atleast check for backdoors first as they can be very dangerous. But no one has a way of checking if they're leaked or not, so no, you can't get banned.

I have been using leak for 5 years, no problem, man, something like ban food is not even normal. It may damage the addon server if it only has a backdoor

There's nothing to worry about especially since gmod doesn't even have a VAC

I got banned for leaking addons in gmodstore, so yes devs can backtrace you
