Can my RX 570 run COD Cold War?

My graphics card is pretty old. I was wondering if I buy COD Cold War, can my pc run it? (I5 4670K, RX 570 4GB, 12 GB of RAM)

this is a good configuration, with the rx 570 you will be able to run the game between 70-90 fps in 1080p, i watched many test videos of this card recently
