Can somebody help me to make build for Noel?

Noel, my favourite character, but I still can't make good build for her. I'm newbie in this game.

I'll try to be as brief as possible:
weapon: whiteblind (you can craft it from prototype)
if you don't have constellation the best set is gladiator's finale.
sandpiece energy recharge
goblet defense
headpiece (best to use offset) crit rate - crit dmg (1 of those sub)
substat priority: def > crit >atk%
you should try to keep crit rate half the value of crit damage
try to use your abilities after some swing so u build your whiteblind stacks
