Can't open websites in garrysmod?

Hello, after updating from darkrp 2.5 to 2.7, I've discovered that my F4 menu and the ulx motd (version 3.73) doesn't display the URL link that I've chosen it only shows a white screen.

Can this and how can this issue fixed?

relax and return gamemode dark rp 2.5 and all was work
