Can you crack one email

Is it possible to use a dictionary hacks? if so, how is it done?

well you could certainly try to dictionary crack that email but that's an ineffective and slow way to do it and you might end up with no pw and a lot of time wasted
better option is to try and abuse the password recovery process aka find out if there's an easy security question or something similar
if you still want to proceed with performing a dictionary attack, just google how it's done with stuff like hydra; but again, bruteforcing should be your last resort, and even trying to social engineer mail support into recovering the pass for you might be a better and easier solution
