Hello everyone, a while ago i installed ubuntu on my old laptop trying to save some memory on it, but now i need to use it for windows only programs and i cant manage to make it boot on my usb drive wich has windows 10 on it. Does anyone know what i need to do to force boot it or something ?

Thanks in advance for all your answers

You have to go to the boot selection menu. When you see your laptop maker logo, you have to press a button. Usually it's F2, F11 or F12. Depends on your laptop. When it boots it should say something like "Press X to Enter Setup" so press that button and select your usb flash drive.
Good luck!

If you can still access the bios you can also modify the boot priority order so that you can automatically boot on usb if plugged
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear ..

You need to boot into your bios, if that doesn't work then reinstall the windows installer from their official site, and try it again.

You don't need to reinstall wondows to use windows-only programs lad, just use the Wine emulator to simulate a windows enviroment and you're on your merry way. Nowadays, thanks to all the new support, you can run pretty much anything on this bad boy, from applications to high end vidya like The Witcher 3.
