Gambino was huge before this came out. The same thing happened to God's plan. It was a huge artist that made a song out of nowhere and it blew up

I think it's okay. But I feel like people are taking it for more than it is. I understand the meaning and the symbols, but people are saying that this is a message from God it's that meaningful. Like chill.

I enjoy the song, but I couldn't see a deep message in the lyrics aside from bringing attention to the messed up shit happening in the usa rn

The song is okay but it's nothing without the video. The video clip brings up about dozens of interpretations of the issues it is supposedly referencing and the dancing in the video is well executed since it keeps you distracted from what's going on in the background.

I wouldnt say he was huge, especially in other countries. where Im living I could count the people that knew gambino on one hand, now everybody knows him.

But yea the message is way overhyped. people tryna put meaning into every single bit of the track

Loved the hidden messages in the background, and young thug crooning on the vocals is one of the nicest things ever haha.

I love any 120 bpm song being played over This Is America. Literally September and Call me Maybe fit perfectly over it.
